Ed Shuford was recently recognized by his employer, First National Bank, as a Community Spirit Volunteer Award Winner for 2022. Ed is a volunteer firefighter with Foscoe Fire Department in Watauga County. Along with recognizing volunteer efforts by its employees, First National Bank contributes to a non-profit in honor of the employee. Ed has designated the North Carolina Firefighters Fund as the recipient of the $1,200.00 award.
