Relief Fund Reporting Period is open from July 1, 2021 – October 31, 2021. You can access your relief fund report by going to www.ncsfa.com and clicking on Relief Fund Report.
Relief Fund reports and the 12 months of bank or financial institution statements for your accounts are required to be submitted if you have an established relief fund, even if no transactions have occurred in your accounts during the reporting period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The financial statements must be emailed to Dean Coward, email@example.com by October 31, 2021. You may also mail a copy to NCSFA, PO Box 249, Balsam, NC 28707 or fax them to 828-246-6728.
Remember, meeting the reporting deadline of October 31, 2021 is one of the requirements to receive your Department of Insurance relief fund allocation the following year.
