Honoring a Legacy in North Carolina’s Fire Service
The North Carolina State Firefighters’ Association is proud to announce that the Hall of Fame Award will now bear the name of one of the most influential leaders in our state’s fire service history — the Timothy Lynn Bradley Hall of Fame Award.
Even more fitting, the inaugural inductee is none other than Tim Bradley himself.
Tim recently retired from the NCSFA after years of dedicated service as Executive Director, and now holds the distinguished title of Executive Director Emeritus. Throughout his career, he has shaped legislation, advanced firefighter training, strengthened organizations, and inspired generations in the fire service. His vision and leadership have left an indelible mark on our state’s 55,000+ firefighters and the communities they serve.
This award recognizes individuals who have made a lasting and meaningful impact on the North Carolina fire service at the local, regional, state, or national level. By naming this prestigious honor after Tim, the NCSFA ensures that his legacy will continue to inspire future leaders — leaders who embody dedication, innovation, and service above self.
